Report Card Pick-Up Schedule:
Session 1: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Session 2: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* Parents are required to allocate an hour of their time to ensure active and meaningful participation during the report card pick-up.
Brief Overview:
- Parents will proceed to the cafeteria
- Parents must stop at each station before picking up your child's report card.
- Station 1 - Sign-in and receive school information.
- Station 2 - Provide updated contact information.
- Station 3 - Check for school fees, if paying fees families are kindly requested to bring cash.
- Station 4 - Parent involvement and student involvement table
- Final Station - Report card distribution table
- Students that are at risk due to grades, attendance, conduct, will have mandatory meetings with school personal on the day of report card pickup.

We encourage you to engage in meaningful conversations with your child's teachers about their courses and progress in their current classes. Your contributions empower our classroom teachers to better cater to your child's specific needs. Our dedicated teachers and staff sincerely value the support you provide to your child's educational development at home.
Teachers, School Counselors, Deans, Attendance Coordinator, and Administration will be available to address any questions or concerns you might have. We also extend an invitation to share your suggestions on how we can enhance parent involvement within our school.
