When? Friday June 18th
Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Location: IHSCA Parking Lot and IHSCA Driveway
All students must arrive by 6:00pm and must stay until 9:00pm. Students have to check in at the front entrance of the IHSCA building and must bring their ID. Students will be given a bracelet in order to enter. Once a student enters, no students may leave until 9:00pm and must stay within the prom location. Students will be checked and assessed for safety. All belongings will be searched, any students that are under the influence will not be allowed to enter and parents will be contacted. Students are expected to dress formally. Casual clothes are not allowed, students must dress up nicely as we want our Seniors to look great for their prom pictures! Outside IHSCA guests are not allowed. Students should bring money for food which will be provided from food truck vendors stationed in the IHSCA driveway.
Students must RSVP by June 16th, 2021 in order to attend. Students must be in good academic standing.
IHSCA has implemented a variety of safety measures to make sure this is a successful event. Our security team will be constantly monitoring the perimeter of the school. We will have at minimum 2 off-duty police officers. We also have permits to close off 25th and Western, the alley entrances, and 25th and Artesian to prevent any cars from driving past our event. All students must wear their masks at all times.
